2006 Billy Wagner Game Used and Signed Home Plate Used Between 07/03/06 to 07/09/06 (MLB Authenticated & Steiner)

Presented here is a home plate used at Shea Stadium during the 2006 MLB season. This plate was used between July 3^rd and July 9^th, and has been signed by former Mets’ closer Billy Wagner. Wagner posted 40 saves for the Mets in 2006 and had a low 2.24 ERA as well as New York reached the NLCS. Wagner recorded his 300^th save during the July 4^th game against the Pittsburgh Pirates and Wagner has signed the surface of this base in black marker, inscribing “300 Save” beneath his signature. This item comes with a Mets-Steiner LOA and a COA from Steiner Sports. There is also a MLB Authenticated hologram (BB067804), which authenticates the plate's use to the July 9th game.
