Dynamic catcher Gary Sanchez is one of the star players for the resurgent New York Yankees, teaming up with fellow young guns Aaron Judge and Luis Severino for hard-hitting “Baby Bombers”. In Sanchez’s 177 game career, the Dominican catcher has already clubbed 53 home runs and 132 RBI as he continues to exceed expectations. In 2017, Sanchez helped lead the Yankees to a surprise American League Championship Series appearance, where the Yankees took the eventual World Series winning Houston Astros to seven games.

The first item in this lot is a base used on August 5th, 2016 at Yankee Stadium, during the Yankees game against the Cleveland Indians. This was Sanchez’s fourth career game at Yankee Stadium, and the young catcher responded by going 1-4, with a double and the first two RBI of his career, in the Yankees 13-7 victory over the Indians. This base was used as second base during the first two innings of the contest. Sanchez has signed the top of the base in black marker. This item comes with a LOA from Steiner Sports and a MLB Authenticated hologram (JB 772666).

The second item in this lot is a photograph signed by Sanchez. The photograph is mounted over a strip of game used Yankee Stadium dirt inside the frame. This 16 x 20 inch photograph shows Sanchez swinging during an at-bat against the New York Mets. He has signed this photograph in silver marker. This item comes in a 31 ½ x 27 ½ inch frame, and it is accompanied a COA from Steiner Sports for the signature and a COA from Yankees-Steiner for the Yankee Stadium dirt.
