After spending his first nine seasons with the New York Yankees, Robinson Cano signed a free agent contract with the Seattle Mariners to start the 2014 season. In the nine seasons leading up to Cano’s debut season with Seattle, the slugging second baseman hit 209 home runs and maintained a solid .309 batting average with the Yankees. Cano was solid for Seattle in his first season in 2014 when he used this Marucci RC09 model bat as he belted 14 home runs and had a solid .314 average.

This bat displays heavy use and is un-cracked. There are numerous ball marks, stitch impressions and cleat imprints present throughout the barrel. Also present on the barrel are blue ink transfers and bat rack streaks. The handle has been wrapped in Mariners’ colors LizardSkin to enhance the grip and a heavy coating of pine tar has been applied to the handle and up to the barrel. The knob end has his number “22” stamped in black, along with the stampings of the manufacture date “05/13/14”. Cano signed his name in silver marker on the barrel and inscribed “2014 Game Used”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15247) and has been graded a perfect GU 10 and a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (C99679) for the signature and inscription.
