Former Miami Marlins second baseman Dee Gordon wore this jersey on September 4th, 2015, during the Marlins 6-5 home victory against the New York Mets. Gordon collected the 500th hit of his career in this game, a single against reliever Sean Gilmartin to lead off the bottom of the seventh inning. Gordon finished the 2015 season as the National League batting champion, with a .333 average, while also leading baseball in hits (205) and stolen bases (58). For his outstanding play, Gordon was named an All-Star, and he collected Silver Slugger and Gold Glove awards to add to his trophy case.
This button down, white home jersey has “MIAMI” sewn across the chest in black, orange, white, and silver tackle twill. “GORDON” is sewn across the back shoulders in black and silver tackle twill, and his number “9” is sewn on the back in black, orange, and gray tackle twill.
