Boston Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia wore this jersey on May 2nd, 2015, during the Red Sox home game against the New York Yankees. Although the Red Sox fell 4-2, Pedroia hit his fifth home run of the season, and the 111th of his career, during this game. Pedroia took Yankees starter Nathan Eovaldi deep to lead off the fourth inning and knot the score at 1-1. Pedroia, the 2008 American League MVP, played in 93 games in 2015 while battling a hamstring strain, but still hit for a .291 average with 12 homers and 42 RBI.

This white, button down home jersey has “RED SOX” sewn across the chest in red and navy blue tackle twill. Pedroia’s number “15” is sewn on the back of the jersey in red and navy blue tackle twill. Red piping accents the front and collar of this jersey. A Majestic size “44” tag is applied to the front left tail of this jersey. This jersey exhibits multiple dirt stains, exemplifying Pedroia’s gritty play. The underarm areas of this jersey are made of a white mesh fabric. This item comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 871603).
