St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Michael Wacha wore this road jersey for three games at the end of the 2015 season, including two postseason games. The first game, an 11-1 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates, took place on September 30th. Wacha dressed, but did not appear in this game. The second game Wacha wore this jersey in was the third game of the NLDS against the Chicago Cubs. Wacha started this game, pitching 4.1 innings before he was pulled for the reliever Kevin Siegrist. The Cubs would end up winning this game 8-6. Wacha also wore this jersey during the fourth game of the NLDS, which the Cubs won 6-4 to advance them to the NLCS. Wacha did not play in this game.

The tall Texan made his first All-Star team in 2015, winning 17 games and maintaining a 3.38 ERA for the NL Central champion Cardinals. This gray, button down road jersey has “Cardinals” and their iconic birds-on-a-bat logo chenille stitched on the front in red, yellow, and navy blue. Wacha’s number “52” is sewn on the front and back in red and navy blue tackle twill. “WACHA” is sewn across the back shoulders in red and navy blue tackle twill beneath a MLB logo patch. A vinyl 2015 Postseason patch is sewn on the right sleeve. “Wacha” is embroidered in red on the front right tail and a Majestic size “48” tag is applied to the front left tail. The underarm areas of this jersey are made of a gray mesh fabric. This item comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (JB 116741), which dates the use of this jersey to all three games.
