Newly minted Hall of Famer Tim Raines played for the Yankees from 1996 through 1998, winning his two World Series titles in 1996 and 1998. A speed-demon on the base paths and a solid hitter at the plate, Raines claimed the 1986 National League batting title with a .334 average. Raines has signed this 11 x 17 inch metal 161st Street Station/Yankee Stadium subway sign in silver marker. Raines added the inscription “Next Stop Cooperstown” beneath the “B”, “D”, and “4” icons.
