Using this Marucci bat, Giancarlo Stanton went 1-for-4 against Josh Beckett and the Los Angeles Dodgers on May 2, 2014. Stanton put the crack in this bat facing Beckett in the bottom of the 5th inning. This Marucci G27-M model bat has a cracked handle and shows outstanding game use. The barrel is covered with ball marks and scuffs and the handle has a moderate coat of pine tar. A true “been there” Stanton gamer. This bat comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ110196) for the game use, authenticating that this bat was used and broken during the May 2nd game.
