Detroit Lions prolific quarterback Matthew Stafford wore this blue jersey on October 9th, 2016 during the Lions 24-23 home victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. Stafford outdueled Carson Wentz in this contest, throwing for 180 yards and three touchdowns against zero interceptions. The Georgia product had an excellent season in 2016, surpassing 4,000 passing yards for the sixth consecutive season.

This blue home jersey has Stafford’s number “9” sewn on the chest, back, and shoulders in white, gray, and black tackle twill. “STAFFORD” is sewn across the back shoulders in white and black tackle twill over a matching blue nameplate. White Nike swoosh patches are sewn on each sleeve, and the sleeves are accented with a gray, white, and black pattern. A memorial patch for team owner William Clay Ford is sewn on the left chest of this jersey. A vinyl NFL patch is sewn on the collar, and “LIONS” is sewn on the chest in white lettering. A Nike size “44 SKILL” with an attached “2014” flag is sewn on the back inside collar of the jersey. This jersey comes with a NFL-PSA/DNA COA for game use (2N32376).
