Presented here are five batting gloves worn and signed by Minnesota Twins star centerfielder Byron Buxton, consisting of two pairs and one single glove. Buxton had a breakout season in 2017, hitting 16 home runs with 51 RBI and 29 stolen bases. A preternaturally skilled fielder, Buxton claimed a Gold Glove Award in 2017 with a spectacular 2.8 dWAR. The first pair of batting gloves are blue and white Nike batting gloves, with a white Nike swoosh on the top. Buxton has signed the top of each glove in black marker, inscribing “2012 Game Used” next to his signature. The next glove is a single, red and white Under Armour right-handed glove. A red Under Armour logo is applied to the top of each hand. Buxton has signed the top of the hand in black marker, inscribing “2013 Game Used” below his signature. The final pair of gloves are blue and white Under Armour gloves. Buxton has signed each wrist strap in silver marker, inscribing “2013 Game Used” above his signature.
