Great game-used bat from Strawberry’s sophomore 1984 season. Cementing himself as New York’s most exciting player, he practically repeated his previous Rookie of the Year season with 26 home runs and 97 RBI. As a nod to his popularity around the league, the 22 year-old was voted to the National League All-Star team as a starter. The Louisville Slugger S2 is uncracked and shows good game use with white leather ball marks, bat rack streaks and cleat impressions. Strawberry’s number “18” is written on the knob end in black marker and he has signed the barrel in silver ink. 2 PSA/DNA numbered stickers (1B05324 and U28099) are affixed to the barrel end.
