Penn State quarterback Michael Robinson wore this white road jersey during the Nittany Lions September 25^th, 2004 game against the Wisconsin Badgers. Robinson suffered a concussion during this game, and medical staff cut this jersey off Robinson, cleaving it vertically down the front chest of the jersey. Robinson signed the back tail of this jersey, which shows heavy wear, in black marker. He added the inscription “2004 Game Used 9/25/04 Cut off after concussion” to his signature.
