On December 4, 2006, the Philadelphia Eagles hosted the Carolina Panthers at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. Down 21-14 after the third quarter, quarterback Jeff Garcia and kicker David Akers led the Eagles to a 23-21 comeback victory, with Garcia throwing a 40-yard touchdown to Reggie Brown in the fourth quarter and Akers kicking two field goals in the final frame, including the winning kick with 3:16 remaining on the clock. This official Wilson NFL football was used in that Eagles victory. It is stamped "EAGLES" below the NFL logo, and it shows definite signs of game use. The ball comes with a MeiGray Group certificate of registration and a Philadelphia Eagles certificate of authenticity.
