The collectible was made available to the original recipient by a 2000/01 Heritage pack-insert Redemption card (which accompanies);
Phil Esposito (HOF 1984) - 1966/67 Topps card signed in purple marker;
Gordie Howe (HOF 1972, d.2016) - 1993/94 Parkhurst Missing Link Autograph #A-1 (black marker signature), serial number "947/956";
Bobby Hull (HOF 1983) - 1970/71 Topps card signed in blue ballpoint;
Joe Mullen (HOF 2000) - 1982/83 O-Pee-Chee (Rookie Card) signed in blue marker.
