Special stars and stripes cap worn by Royals ace Zack Greinke during the September 11, 2008 game against Minnesota. The size 7 3/8 navy blue New Era cap shows slight game use and carries the modified “KC” logo with the American flag inside the letters. Greinke’s number “23” is written in black marker inside the crown. A number 133159 LH MLB hologram sticker is attached on the cap’s bill.
