Thome made his first career All-Star Game in 1997, playing in front of the home crowd at Jacobs Field during the Midsummer Classic. He posted a Triple Crown slash line of .286/40/102 as the Indians came within a game of the World Series title. This mesh, navy blue BP jersey has a Chief Wahoo patch sewn on the left chest and a 1997 All-Star Game patch sewn on the right sleeve. This jersey comes with a LOA from Upper Deck.
