The Yankees ace won 21 games that year and was awarded the Warren Spahn award as the best left-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball. This Rawlings PRO504DHTLB - 12.5” glove shows good game use with the graphics being partially worn away in the palm and various light dirt and scuff marks. Included are two copies of Getty Images photos that show Pettitte using a similar, if not exact glove during the 2003 season. The glove has been factory personalized with “Andy Pettitte” embroidered in red on the outside of the thumb. Pettitte has signed the outside of the basket webbing in silver ink which pops off the black leather. A great piece of game used equipment from a sure-bet Hall of Famer.
