No franchise in sports can match the history of the New York Yankees. A time-honored tradition in the Bronx is to host an annual Old Timers Day, which continually brings back the great players of the team’s past glory. During the 1996 Old Timers’ Day, former infielder Tom Tresh wore this button-down size 48 Wilson Yankees home pinstriped jersey and matching pinstriped pants manufactured by Rawlings. The jersey has the traditional interlocking “NY” sewn on the upper left chest in navy blue tackle twill. The back of the jersey has Tresh’s number “15” sewn on in navy blue tackle twill. On the inside back is a patch that reads “TRESH”. The pants are a waist size 40 and have a white belt still attached to the belt loops. This uniform displays light to moderate use and comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
