Great bat from the first phase of Rickey’s career. Establishing himself with the A’s as the game’s most exciting player, Henderson’s last season in Oakland saw him evolve into a power hitter as he hit 16 home runs, the most in a season thus far in his career. His new-found power didn’t hinder his explosive speed as he again led the league in steals. The Louisville Slugger C243S bat shows light use with a few ball marks and stitch impressions. There are some black ball ink transfers and the bat is uncracked. His number “35” is written in black felt tip pen on the knob end. Rickey has signed the bat’s barrel below his endorsement in blue marker. Two PSA/DNA numbered stickers (U28095 and 1B05328) are affixed to the barrel end. Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA who have graded this bat a GU 7.
