New York Mets pitcher Craig Swan wore this gray, two-button Mets pullover road jersey during the 1981 season. Swan appeared in five games in 1981, with his season abbreviated by injury and the 1981 player’s strike. This jersey features "Mets" and Swan's number "27" sewn on the front in blue and orange tackle twill. The back of the jersey has "SWAN" sewn on in blue and orange tackle twill on a matching gray nameplate and his "27" below in blue and orange tackle twill. This jersey is a size “44” and Swan’s number “27” has been restored, a not uncommon occurrence with 1979-81 Mets gamers. This jersey shows moderate wear and comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
