Today, center fielder Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels is the reigning AL Rookie of the Year. But before breaking into the majors, Trout was an up-and-coming young high school star looking to be signed. The 18 year-old participated in the 2008 Rawlings Perfect Game USA Tournament where eager big league scouts broke pencils writing glowing reports of this promising kid from New Jersey. This is the jersey Trout wore representing the Northeast Region in the Tourney. Trout’s number “10” is screened on both the front and back and he has signed the “0” on the back in blue marker adding “Tournament Game Used”. The jersey shows heavy game use and there is a tear in the collar where the size tag has been removed. Jersey comes with an LOA from Anderson Authentics that has been hand signed by Trout.
