Former New York City Mayor Ed Koch served in the United States House of Representatives from 1969 to 1977. He then served three terms as mayor of NYC before losing in the 1989 primary to the city’s first black mayor, David Dinkins. Koch signed in black ink this official Rawlings OLB3 Baseball.
