The Negro Leagues produced its fair share of talented ball players long before Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier in 1947. This Wilson Leather Cover Baseball was a commemorative baseball celebrating the 1981 Negro League Players Reunion. A total of 23 former Negro Leaguers signed this baseball including Satchel Paige, Cool Papa Bell , the rare Hilton Smith as well as Monte Irvin, the latter across the Sweet Spot in light blue ink.
