Former New York Mets center fielder Tommie Agee is remembered today for two of the most phenomenal catches in World Series history. But Tommie Agee was also known for his clutch hitting which was exactly what the Amazin' Mets needed to win the 1969 pennant and World Series. This Hillerich & Bradsby model bat was used by Agee during the 1965-67 seasons when he was a member of the Chicago White Sox. This bat displays moderate game use and has a crack on the handle. Agee’s number “1” is hand written in red marker on the knob. Agee has signed this bat in bold black marker on the barrel and inscribed “Best Wishes”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14913) and has been graded a near perfect GU 9. There is also a COA from JSA (AA07267) for the signature.
