The 1976 season saw Kansas City Royals outfielder Amos Otis lead the American League in double with 40 and hit a solid .279 batting average with 18 home runs and 86 RBI. Offered is this Hillerich & Bradsby U1 model bat that was used by Otis during the 1976 season. This bat displays outstanding game use with a crack on the handle. There is checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact on the barrel and Otis’ number “26” is hand written in black marker on the knob. The bat is stamped with a bicentennial stamp on the barrel. This comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14899) and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.
