This letter, addressed to Hall of Fame second baseman Nellie Fox, has been signed by the Hall of Fame first baseman Hank Greenberg. The letter, dated to January 12th, 1960, accompanied Fox’s contract worth $43,000 for the 1960 season with the Chicago White Sox. Fox, the 1959 American League MVP, played until 1965 and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1997. Greenberg has signed this letter in black marker. Greenberg’s autograph has been graded a MINT 9 by PSA/DNA, who have provided a LOA (AD07589).
