Worn in the September 25, 2008 win over Tampa Bay. Granderson entered the game as a pinch hitter and stayed in as center fielder, hitting a solo homer off Chad Bradford in the 7th. The stately Detroit Tigers home jersey features the old-school “D” on the front in navy tackle twill and has the Majestic Authentic labeling on the lower right tail. Additional tagging is sewn below and reads “28 48 08 318”. MLB hologram number LH 175403 has been affixed to the Majestic label. “GRANDERSON” is sewn directly on the back of the jersey above his number “28”. He has signed the “8” in contrasting white ink along with his number “28”. The jersey shows light game use with some pine tar staining and dirt scuffs.
