Offered here are four Official Major League Robert D. Manfred Jr. baseballs used during Baltimore Orioles games in 2015, 2016, and 2017. The first baseball was used during Baltimore’s home game against the Toronto Blue Jays on May 11th, 2015. This baseball was pitched by Jeff Francis in the bottom of the sixth inning to Chris Davis and Steve Pearce, who hit back to back singles against the former Rockies prospect. This baseball comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 293973). The second baseball was used during the O’s game on August 14th, 2016, an 8-7 road victory over the San Francisco Giants. Johnny Cueto of the Giants pitched this ball to Adam Jones in the top of the fifth, surrendering an RBI single, and to Hyun-Soo Kim, with the ball bouncing in the dirt and being removed from play. This ball comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 696271).
The third ball in this lot was used during the Orioles home game against the Boston Red Sox on September 22nd, 2016. Jackie Bradley of the Sox hit this ball for a triple off Chris Tillman in the top of the second inning of Boston’s eventual 5-3 victory. This baseball comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (JB 841269). The final baseball in this lot was used during the O’s 2-1 road victory over the Blue Jays on April 13th, 2017. Jays pitcher Joe Smith struck out Mark Trumbo and Chris Davis with this ball before Wellington Castillo fouled it out of play. This ball comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (JB 943764).
