After losing in heart-breaking fashion to their bitter rivals, the New Giants, in the 1951 National League pennant series capped off by Bobby Thomson’s “Shot Heard Round The World”, the 1952 Brooklyn Dodgers rebounded to win the National League, only to lose a hard-fought seven game series to cross-town rivals the New York Yankees.

23 members of the 1952 National League Champion Brooklyn Dodgers have signed this Official National League Warren C. Giles baseball. All of the signatures have been signed in blue pen and features the signatures of Hall of Famers Pee Wee Reese, Jackie Robinson, along with Carl Esrkine and Andy Pafko on the south panel. Hall of Famer Roy Campanella’s signature is on the east panel and Hall of Famer Duke Snider is on the north panel. Other notable signatures include Gil Hodges, Ralph Branca, Billy Cox, Carl Furillo and Joe Black. The ball displays toning and age wear and the signatures are still light but readable. This multi-signed baseball comes with a LOA from JSA (Z86324).
