This batting helmet was issued to Minnesota Twins catcher Joe Mauer in advance of the Twins home game against the Texas Rangers on August 19th, 2007. The Twins won this game 1-0, the only run of the game coming on a Michael Cuddyer solo blast. This helmet is navy, with a Twins “TC” logo decal on the front. Mauer’s number “7”, a MLB logo, and a Interstate 35W logo are applied to the back of the helmet. This size 7 5/8 helmet comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (BB500965), which designates this helmet as team issued and a LOA from JT Sports for the game use.
