Presented is a 25-card complete set of 1910 T225-1 Surbrug "Prize Fight Series - No. 101" boxing cards. These condition-sensitive, green-bordered inserts are among the most appealingly stylish of all boxing collectibles. The cards feature detailed images of their high-profile pugilistic subjects, with the respective athletes' facsimile autographs appearing beneath their likenesses. Especially difficult to obtain as a complete set, this T225 gallery showcases the series' entire range of champion figures with the scarcer "Surbrug" advertising reverse. Highlights include: Attell (GD/VG), Jeanette (FR, pencil), Jeffries (FR), Ketchel (VG), Lewis (GD), MacFarland (VG), Papke (VG/EX), Nelson (GD/VG) and Sharkey (VG). Grades 68% VG to VG/EX (including one slightly nicer), 32% PR to GD.
