Nearly all Walt Disney collectors love signed checks; they have indisputable authenticity (complete with the original bank stamps), Disney's full legal "Walter E. Disney" signature, and the printed check itself, which in this case dates to June 13, 1962. This is a check from Walt Disney's personal account directed to the Internal Revenue Service for $10,550, with the memo, "Second installment 1962 estimated tax". Being the business mogul that Disney was, especially by 1962, it is unsurprising that his estimated tax installments were so high, especially for the time. The check, which measures 3 x 8 inches, bears a bold fountain pen signature from Disney and stands in overall very fine condition. The autograph itself rates an incredible MINT 9 from PSA/DNA, a nearly unheard-of achievement for Walt Disney checks! An incredible check ready to complete any collection!
