Former Major Leaguer Dick Allen used this Hillerich & Bradsby P89 model bat during the 1973-1975 seasons when he played for the Chicago White Sox and Philadelphia Phillies. In those three seasons, Allen had a batting average of .279 and averaged 20 home runs and 69 RBI. This bat displays outstanding game use and is un-cracked. There are several ball marks, red bat rack streaks and cleat imprints present on the barrel. Allen’s number “15” has been hand written in black marker on the knob and the bat’s model number “P89” has been stamped on the knob. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13897) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.5.
