A gorgeous bat from Hall of Famer Tony Gwynn that dates from the season following his unbelievable streak of four consecutive NL batting championships. Gwynn’s Louisville Slugger B267 bat is game-prepped with adhesive tape on the knob but shows no player use and is uncracked. The year “98”, model number “B267” and Gwynn’s number “19” is written in black marker on the cupped barrel end and “B267C”, 33-30 1/3” and “19” is written on the knob end, also in black marker. The Padres star has attractively signed the barrel above his engraved name in black Sharpie. Two PSA/DNA stickers (numbers T54850 and 1B05355) are affixed next to the signature.
