This six-page letter from the Cole Chiropractic Center was provided to Mike Tyson on May 31, 2002. The letter states the chief complaint Tyson had was spinal stiffness, though no result of any recent trauma at the time. The document goes on the note Tyson’s previous back related history, including a motorcycle accident in his teens, and proceeds to further document the symptoms and proposed tests used for further diagnosis. Notably, the letter refers to back X-rays that are also offered in this auction. Very rare and personal Mike Tyson memorabilia originally obtained by a member of ‘Team Tyson.’
