In 1963 Sandy Koufax was the first-ever unanimous selection for the Cy Young award, a feat he repeated again in 1965 and 1966. He also won the pitching triple crown in each of those three years, leading the league in wins, strikeouts and ERA. Koufax also took home the 1963 NL MVP, 1963 WS MVP and 1965 WS MVP honors as well. His 1964 season was cut short on August 16th by arm trouble, but not before he had won 19 games and posted a league leading ERA of 1.74 for his 3rd of 5 ERA titles in a row. Koufax has signed his name in blue ink on the sweet spot of this Official Major League baseball and added the inscription "Cy 63, 65, 66". The ball is snow white and the signature is mint. The signature has been authenticated by Online Authentics and is pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
