Kirby Puckett debuted in 1984 and was one of the best players in the game until vision problems forced his early retirement following the 1995 season. Puckett was a 10 time All-Star and two-time World Series champion with the Twins, the only MLB team he ever suited up for. This bat dates to the very beginning of Puckett’s Hall of Fame career when he was a 24-year-old rookie trying to earn his place in the big leagues. This two-tone Louisville Slugger B267 model bat shows outstanding use with a crack in the handle. There are ball marks, blue ink transfers and cleat imprints on the barrel and Puckett’s number “34” is hand written on the knob in faded black marker. Puckett has signed his name in gold marker on the barrel. The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B16189) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9. Additionally, there is a LOA from JSA (Z59955) for his signature.
