Offered in this lot are two 1920’s Cincinnati Reds season passes. The first pass is for the 1924 season, which saw the Reds finish fourth in the National League with a record of 83-70. Carl Mays won 20 games for a strong pitching staff, while Edd Roush led six batters with an average at or over .300, hitting at a .348 clip. This offered season pass is a “Clergyman’s Pass” issued to a local reverend. This pass has been encapsulated and graded a VG 3(MK) by PSA (20993689).
The second pass is for the 1925 season. The Reds fought their way to a third place finish in the National League in 1925 as Pete Donohue and Eppa Rixey notched 21 wins apiece. Edd Roush continued to rake, hitting .338 while tying for the team lead in homers (8) and triples (16). This pass has been encapsulated and graded a FR 1.5 by PSA (20993688).
