The 1948 Bowman set is first of the Bowman sets, which contain many Rookie cards. These cards include HOFers Stan Musial, Yogi Berra, Ralph Kiner, Warren Spahn and Phil Rizzuto. It also has quite a few single prints, which are tougher to find. This group includes six cards graded by SGC with the Musial graded as AUTHENTIC due to light trim along the top. Includes: Graded Cards – SGC 84 NM 7: 2 cards w/#4 Mize and 8 Rizzuto SP; SGC 70 EX+ 5.5: 1 card, #6 Berra; SGC 60 EX 5: 2 cards w/#5 Feller and 18 Spahn; SGC AUTHENTIC: 1 card, #36 Musial. Ungraded Cards: #1 Elliott (VG/EX), 3 Kiner (EX/MT), 7 Reiser SP (EX+), 12 Sain (NM), 14 Reynolds (EX), 17 Slaughter (EX), 19 Henrich (NM), 29 Page SP (EX/MT+), 38 Schoendienst (EX/MT), 47 Thomson (EX) and 48 Koslo (TRIM). Grades 40% NM, 55% EX to EX/MT, a few lesser including a couple trimmed.
