Offered in this lot are two ticket stubs and one American League season pass individually signed by members of the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The first item in this lot is a Chicago Cubs ticket stub for their April 18th, 1962 game signed in blue marker and inscribed “HR #300” by Ernie Banks. The Cubs played the Houston Colt .45s on that day, winning 3-2 thanks to Banks’ walk-off home run in the bottom of the 10th inning off Turk Ferrell. The Hall of Famer finished the game 4-5 with a triple, the walk-off homer, and two RBI. This was the 300th of Banks’ 512 career longballs. The second ticket from this lot was for the Cubs game against the San Francisco Giants on August 26th, 1972. The Cubs won this game 10-9, with Joe Pepitone driving in Jose Cardenal on a game-winning hit-by-pitch in the bottom of the 10th inning. The ticket has been signed in black pen by the Hall of Fame Cubs third baseman Ron Santo. This ticket has been encapsulated and authenticated by PSA/DNA (83574195).

The final item in this lot is a 1980 American League season pass issued to and signed by the Hall of Famer Monte Irvin. “Mr. Murder” was 61 years old in 1980, and seven years removed from his 1973 Hall of Fame induction. He has signed the reverse side of this pass in blue marker, inscribing “HOF 73” in addition to his signature. This pass has been encapsulated and authenticated by PSA/DNA (83375680).
