In January of 1989 in Atlantic City, New Jersey there was a historic gathering of the current 500 Home Run club. Ron Lewis was selected to create a painting to commemorate the event and 1,000 numbered lithographs were produced in order to be signed by all players in attendance. Offered here is lithograph #402 of 1,000 and it has been signed by Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, Eddie Mathews, Harmon Killebrew, Ernie Banks, Frank Robinson, Willie McCovey, Mike Schmidt and Reggie Jackson. The numbered lithograph, which is far more limited, should not be confused with the open edition poster that was given away with each admission to the show that weekend. The signatures have been authenticated by James Spence Authentication – JSA.
