Offered is a beautiful Mickey Mantle signed and inscribed Official American League Bobby Brown baseball, which has been graded GEM MINT 10 by Beckett Authentication. Mantle ended his 18-year Major League Baseball career with the Yanks prior to the start of the 1969 season. When he retired, Mantle was third on the all-time home run list with 536, and he was the Yankees all-time leader in games played with 2,401, which was broken by Derek Jeter on August 29, 2011. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1974 and was elected to the Major League Baseball All-Century Team in 1999. The New York Yankees legend has signed his name in blue ink on the sweet spot and inscribed “HOF 1974” below his signature. The signature is clear and vibrant on the pristine Rawlings baseball.
