Featuring a potent offensive attack led by QB Troy Aikman, RB Emmitt Smith and WR Michael Irvin, the Dallas Cowboys went 12-4 during the 1993 regular season, winning the NFC East. Aikman recorded 3,100 passing yards while throwing only six interceptions all season. Smith rushed for 1,486 yards and nine touchdowns; Irvin caught 88 passes good for 1,330 yards and seven TDs. After victories over the Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers, the Cowboys defeated the Buffalo Bills, 30-13, to win Super Bowl XXVIII – the second straight title for Dallas.
Offered here is a Balfour 10K gold 1993 Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl XXVIII champions player ring, presented to Tim Daniel, featuring four larger football-shaped diamonds in the center, surrounded by additional smaller diamonds. Relief lettering reads “DALLAS COWBOYS”. One side of the ring boasts two Lombardi Trophies, along with “WORLD CHAMPIONS BACK TO BACK”, while a colorful Super Bowl XXVIII logo appears below. An enamel-filled NFL logo centers the opposite side, with the name “DANIEL” at the top and “81” and a team stadium image at the bottom. “Tim Daniel” is engraved inside the band, along with “BALFOUR 10K”.
