Powered by the rushing attack of Tyrone Wheatley, the Michigan Wolverines finished the 1992 college football regular season with an undefeated record of 8-0-3. Michigan went on to defeat Washington, 38-31, in the Rose Bowl played on January 1, 1993. Wheatley ended the season with 1,357 rushing yards with 13 touchdowns and added another three TD receptions.

Presented here is a Jostens 10K gold 1993 Michigan Wolverines football Rose Bowl champions ring which features the letter “M” on a large blue stone. “1993 ROSE BOWL CHAMPIONS” reads around the bezel setting. One side of the ring displays “CARPE DIEM” at the top, above a large number 5 between images of roses. At the bottom is “S.V.P.” in enamel letters. The opposite side is centered by a beautiful enamel-filled team helmet, with “ANDERSON DR” above. “© JOSTENS 10K” is engraved inside the band of this approximate size 10 ring, along with “Big Ten Champions 1988 Thru 1992 Undefeated – 1992”. This ring weighs approximately 37.7 grams.
