Presented is a lot of three items with the signatures of two of the greatest hitters in the history of baseball, Baseball Hall of Famer Joe DiMaggio and Ted Williams, including a rare inscription from Williams, “The Best I ever Saw.” The first item in this lot is a Joe DiMaggio signature in blue pen, signed “Joseph DiMaggio” on a blue paper Yankee Clipper Enterprises, Inc. check.  The typed date on the check, from the Palm Beach National Bank & Trust Company, is October 25, 1995. This item comes with a LOA from JSA (BB02455).

The second item in this lot is a multi-signed black & white action photo from the 1941 Major League Baseball All-Star Game, with the signatures of Joe DiMaggio, Ted Williams and Dom DiMaggio, all in blue marker. The players have signed alongside their respective figures in the 16 x 20-inch photograph, which depicts Williams crossing home plate to received congratulations from both DiMaggio’s. This multi-signed photo is mounted in a white paper matte with black borders and displayed in a 20 x 24-inch black metal and glass frame. This item comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.

The third item in this lot is a Ted Williams inscription and signature in blue marker on a posed black & white photograph of Williams, in his home Boston Red Sox uniform, with Joe DiMaggio, in his road New York Yankees uniform, at the top step of a dugout at Fenway Park. Williams has inscribed “The best I ever saw, Ted Williams” across his image in the 16 x 20-inch photo. The signed photo is mounted in a black paper matte with gold border and displayed in a 22 x 27-inch black and brown wood and glass frame.
