Roy Halladay followed up his 2003 Cy Young Award-winning season with a year of shoulder problems that limited him to just a 8-8 record in 21 games. The Blue Jays’ ace would rebound the next summer going 12-4 with a 2.41 ERA. Halliday’s 2004 Louisville Slugger R161 model bat shows good use with a handle crack. There are several ball marks and leather scuffs on the barrel. The handle has a light coat of pine tar and the lower handle and knob have been taped to enhance the grip. The knob has Halladay’s number “32” in silver marker. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14793) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.
