The late Michael Jackson’s former personal designer, Michael Bush, said that Jackson liked military style jackets because they were worn by royalty during Victorian times as a form of entertainment and that Jackson believed in the Napoleon quotation: “With baubles men are led.”
Presented is an example from Jackson’s personal wardrobe, a blue nylon shirt with a rhinestone encrusted epaulet on the shoulders and silver military stars on the collar points. This particular blue shade and style was one of Michael's most often worn colors and style as evidence by numerous photographs from performances, videos, and even rehearsals. The long-sleeve royal blue shirt, sized medium, has the label for the Italian designer “Sasch” inside the back collar. The shoulders feature blue and black vinyl sergeant’s stripes with rhinestone borders. The collar points have silver metal stars. The front of the shirt has six blue plastic buttons. This item comes with a LOA from Jackson’s manager.
