Cleveland Indians first baseman Jim Thome banged out 33 home runs in 1999, adding 108 RBI and hitting for a .277 average. Thome led the American League in walks, with 127, and he was named an All-Star for the third consecutive year. His 1999 Louisville Slugger I13 model bat shows tremendous use with many ball marks with stitch impressions on the barrel along with white leather ball scuffs and ink transfers. The handle knob has been taped to enhance the grip and a coat of pine tar applied. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B17845) for the game use and has been graded a solid GU 8.5.
