Hall of Fame center Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, known then as Lew Alcindor was awarded this rotating Bulova clock radio for winning the 1968 Eastern College Athletic Conference Holiday Basketball Festival at Madison Square Garden with his UCLA Bruins team. UCLA beat Providence and Princeton to advance to the finals, where they defeated St. John’s 74-56. A plaque affixed to the top of this clock radio reads “Holiday / Basketball Festival / Madison Square Garden / Winner / 1968”. This item derives directly from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and a personally hand-signed LOA from Kareem will accompany this item.
