No baseball player has ever achieved perfection before like Mariano Rivera.  His cutter was a gift from God he explained and since perfecting it early in his career and shifting from promising young starting to the greatest closer of All-time, Mariano has become legendary and immortal.  This past years perfected Hall of Fame vote makes him the only player in the history of the game to achieve such a feat and puts him into a category of one.
